Reyna has a well established history working at such prestigious venues as Beaulieu Gardens, Clos Pegase, Harvest Inn, Charles Krug Winery, Merryvale Winery, Vintage Estate, V. Sattui Winery and Carneros Inn while working as a coordinator for Elaine Bell Catering and Wine Valley’s Prestigious Coordinator Dee Merz.

Reyna’s twenty plus years experience coordinating events has gained her an unmatchable confidence and calm. Her poised yet orderly structured manner enables Reyna’ events to run harmoniously.

In the last several years, Reyna has worked extensively coordinating wedding packages at Hans Fahden Winery.

Joellen Pope is a proven professional with over 25 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and consulting in the wedding industry.

Starting out as a floral designer, Joellen gained an early advantage of all the details that come together to form a wedding.

She makes it a goal to really get to know her clients ensuring each event reflects their personal vision.

Susan Luna, Wedding Planner

Susan Luna has been involved with the wedding industry for over 20 years. She discovered her love for event coordinating while working in an administrative role for a Professional Mobile Disc Jockey.

Her job facilitated in strengthening her skills in event planning, scheduling, procedures, policies, and strong organizational attention to detail. Most importantly… being on time, every time. Her earlier professions in customer service gave Susan a successful track record in working independently and as part of a team.

Susan is entering her fourth year as a Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator. She has developed a real passion for her job and every aspect of planning a wedding.

Susan understand the stress that comes with wedding planning. Her experience, interest and dedication to help create a happy, romantic wedding is her goal and mission for each couple she works with….. “Sue Luna had an amazing amount of attention and helped me visualize different options that would make our wedding package more personalized.
